    • Product-specific EPDs: These are EPDs that comply with ISO standards but are not third-party verified. Projects earn one-half point for using at least 20 products from five different manufacturers.
    • Industry-wide EPDs: These EPDs are generic and represent the average product of an industry. Projects can earn one point if at least 20 different permanently installed products have an EPD.

Enhanced Environmental Product Declarations: Additional points can be earned if products have EPDs that demonstrate lower environmental impacts compared to industry averages.
